Panasonic DMR E20/30/HS2 desktop recorder records video in VRO ( Video Recording Object ) format. This user-friendly routine  converts VRO to VOB file format for DVD authoring applications.

It burns DVD discs from Video_Ts folder. It supports DVD-R, DVD-RW, DVD+R, DVD+RW, DVD+R DL, CD-R, and CD-RW disc types.

When a VR stream does not list in the disc directory, this routine may serve as an extractor, reading and copying the data from the disc to hard disk through a low level read function.
